Price per piece includes a loaded dubplate, plastic outer sleeve, paper inner sleeve and blank white centre labels (can be supplied without labels on request if you plan to print your own).
Approximate prices for printing and production of covers, booklets and other printed materials are below or available on request.
RECORDING TIME
In vinyl production, the volume level of the sound is affected by the length of playback.
I.e. louder record = shorter playing time / quieter record = longer playing time.
The times listed below refer to a loud and high quality recording. Up to 20% more can be achieved, for example up to 19.5 minutes for a 12″, but at the expense of loudness and sound quality:
7″ Maximum recording time is 4 min per side. For best quality we recommend a maximum of 3 min per page.
10″ Maximum recording time is 9 min per page. For best quality, we recommend a maximum of 7 min per page.
12″ Maximum recording time is 16 min per page. For best quality we recommend a max of 12 min per page.
How to order a vinyl record?
Please send an email with your requirements (number of pieces, disc size, disc colour) and audio files to studio@topanalog.eu. Please include a download link (WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox). Please name the files:
A01 track_interpret name
A02 track_interpret name
A03 track_interpret name
B01 track_interpret name
B02 track_interpret name
B03 track_interpret name
etc. and place in the folder with the project name.
AUDIO FORMATS
Provide us with a wav, flac, etc. audio format file in the best possible quality.
Recording from tape, CD or audio cassette is possible.
We prefer audio files without vinyl mastering and with ideally 24 bit/44.1 kHz, 24 bit/48 kHz and above.
PRICE OF PRINT
Simple printed pocket, printed label, printed insert card + inner cover (white, black, red, blue, green and eco cardboard) and outer medium hard PET cover:
1-4 covers: 20€ / piece
5-9 covers: 12€ / piece
10-19 covers: 8€ / piece
20+ covers: 5€ / piece
PREPARATION OF DATA FOR PRINTING THE CENTRE LABEL AND COVER
Data for digital printing ideally in curves, in pdf x-1a format, CMYK colour profile.
If this is not possible, in png or jpg format, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
Add 3 mm bleed on the bleed.
If you are a graphic designer, or know a professional who can make the design for you, please download the template for the cover plate and center circle. However, if you are not familiar with using graphic programs, send us the image material you wish to use and we will create the design for an additional fee with a price based on the complexity upon request.

MASTERING for digital distribution
If you want your recordings to sound their best, not just on record, we'll be happy to professionally master them for you.
Price: 5€ per minute of recording.
Delivery time
1-4 copies: 2 weeks
5-9 copies: 3 weeks
10-50 copies: 4 weeks or more
express orders: delivery within one week (+ 50% of final price, max. 4 copies)
PAYMENT TERMS
The production process will begin upon receipt of payment and approval of sound and graphic documents. Payment can be made by bank transfer.
Order Delivery
We ship orders from the Czech Republic via Czech Post and Mail Worldwide. The final postage price depends on the weight of the parcel and the place of delivery. The shipping price includes all costs (packaging, handling, transportation).
Personal collection is possible in Prague.
